1.Generating sales for a portfolio of accounts and reaching the company's sales target
2.Leading the Key Account Team members from different functions such as;
a) Marketing (innovations, new products, concepts, new designs)
b) Finance (payments)
c) Technical (issues, technical support, training)
d) Supply Chain (new designs, transport, lead times, quality, stock management) to ensure professional services to Key customers

9.Leading the Customer Satisfaction Initiative and ensuring TDL completion.

Job Mission:
Operational and commercial responsibilities of the branch.
Core Responsibilities:
• Manage the entire operation and staff in the branch
• Day to day management of branches.
• Driving business results through maximizing daily sales plans.
• Coaching and developing customer service standards.
Core Tasks: .
• Ensure that the targets for turnover & profitability are realized.
•Ensure that the set hygiene and merchandising standards of the shops are adhered too.
• Support the Store Supervisors in reviewing their staff performance on an annual basis.
• Motivate the staff to push Customer Service to the highest possible levels.
• Develop and track a training register for all staff.
- Administers the company's rules and regulations concerning the branch operations.
- Increases branch sales through constant shelves replenishments and better merchandizing of the products.
- Controls the branch operations and supervise the workforce for max productivity.
- Maintains the stock variances within acceptable levels.
- Meets with the suppliers reps and take necessary actions with regards to slow moving items.
-Coordinates the work with the HR, Marketing, & Purchasing divisions in the company's corporate offices.
- Prepares necessary reports and answers emails.
- Ensures items availability and better customer service by all staff.
- Intervenes in situations where customers are not satisfied and take necessary actions to please the customers.
