Key Responsibilities:
Responsible for the site management of all Mechanical installation (Ducting, Drainage, water supply, gas system, chilledwater, Firefighting, FM200, and CO2 system) in Basements and the lower ground floor (Cabins, stores, mechanical rooms,
Main kitchen, Laundry, Substations, control rooms, engineering offices, and VIP residential building.).
Responsible for the executions and checking site installations performed by the Mechanical team to ensure its adherence to the drawings and specifications.
Supervise shop drawings and as built drawings
Coordination with the suppliers and consultant for all the systems in the project and revising the related technical submittals.
Resources management (manpower, material, supervision, monitoring...)
Documenting the work conducted on the site and assisted the client in the inspection.
Coordinating with the contractors and suppliers and maintained good working relations.
Responsible for execution Mechanical shop drawings
Revision of shop drawings submittals
Quality control on layouts and installations
Supervise all Mechanical works on Site.
Site inspections, clarifications, and handing over
off BOQ for all mechanical systems
Design& Execute plumbing & HVAC systems (drainage, water, ducting).
supervision on site.
Coordinate with the suppliers
Taking off BOQ for the projects
Responsible for design and execute mechanical systems.
