* First point of contact for sale and client inquiries

* Supported the Director and Senior Leadership of the business by providing
administration support and quality control for their roles. This included completing
staff rotas, as well as working with the management team on ad hoc tasks as
required.
* Assisting and supporting the Project Manager in their daily duties.
* Attend meetings and assist with determination of project requirements.
* To be the first port of call for the vendor, clients & visitors to administrate general
enquiries via email and phone
* Work with project manager to analyze & prioritize activities provisioning,
environment setup, installation, and integration testing.
* Prepare, coordinate & organize all necessary material & reservation arrangement
* Effectively and accurately communicate relevant project information to the client
and project team member.
* Ensuring that relevant management information is captured and analyzed
* Coordinate event logistics with registration, attendee tracking, presentation and
materials support pre- and post-event evaluations.
* Reviewing the efficiency and effectiveness of project work processes & refer
complex issues to project managers
* Provide detailing reports on regular basis & as requested to project manager
Involved in interpreting performance data and translate this into practical
improvements.

Technical Qualification:
* Competent on all Microsoft Office program.
* Creating financial and statistical reports using spreadsheets. Comfortable working
with numerical data. Taking prompt, decisive and corrective action to rectify any
short comings.
* Ability to anticipate and resolve problem.
