 Manage day-to-day operations of the Chairman office
 Acting as a first point of contact

 Maintain Chairman and family members health records set up timely reminder for the routine checkup.
 Maintain filing and confidential records (hard & soft copies)
 Maintain employee database for visa, passport, IDs etc., and coordinate with HR dept. for the timely renewal.
 Coordinate with HR department for the new recruit visa and existing staff visa renewals for Chairman approval
 Liaison and coordinate with other executives for smooth work flow
