I was posted at Finance dept of Dunkin Donuts, an (International Food chain) as Finance Assistant where I was assigned following tasks:
• Work closely with Finance Manager to ensure smooth operation of all finance matters.
• Ensuring that the financial records are maintained in accordance with International Accounting Standards and Company Policies.
• I am responsible For resolving customer queries regarding payments and updating their accounts and to make sure that their monthly statements of accounts to be delivered on time.
• Assisting In Preparation Of Monthly management reporting (executive summary, balance sheet, Profit And Loss Account, Cash Flow Statement)
• Liasion with bank in all matters and pursuing receipts from all customers as per their agreement
• Support the Finance Manager by inputting into the sales and purchase ledgers from source documents.
• To ensure cash inflows and outflows I am also prepairing Bank reconciliations.
• Performing receivable aging management and recovery efficiency.
• In Addition to my duties I have taken responsibilities of additional work load in absence of fellow accountant and effectively driven the accounts department
• Liasion with external Auditors for the Annual Audit through providing them with the required documents.
At KPMG as Financial Advisory Intern I was assisting my senior in the folowing areas:
-Financial Analysis of Public Sector companies.
-Research work for KPMG research paper "Investment In Pakistan"
-Reporting on researcnh conducted.
-Financial model of SMEs
