Job Responsibility:
Receive CVs and applications submitted to the company from all the recognized channels, as well as obscured resources. Review resumes and credentials for appropriateness of skills, experience and knowledge in relation to position requirements. Classify CVs according to set sequence to be coded and filed properly. Prepare candidates information sheets and handling the candidate's phone calls, playing an intermediate role between the company and the candidate. Contact applicants for alternate perspective on suitability, as well as arranging face-to-face or telephonic interviews for the local and International candidates. Develop and execute recruiting strategies for attracting the best talent to the Client. Coordinate between the clients and the accepted candidates regarding the offer letter, contract negotiation and clarification, visa assistance and traveling procedures. Provide coverage on open positions; resume tracking, number of interviews per position, number of days to fill a position on a consistent basis. Provide complete, accurate, and inspiring information to candidates about the company and position. Implement company strategic recruitment and selection plan as per the SiS standards. Resolve a wide range of issues in creative, yet practical ways.

Strategizing with the HR Director with Regular Meetings to formulate the Hiring needs of the Organization on a Weekly basis formulated by the Management
