- Abu Dhabi’s Chamber of Commerce (CoC): Deploy ANM, ACM, ATA and AAA in CoC network. CoC network consists of 1000 nodes.

 Deploy Arena products as Proof of Conecpt (PoC) in customer sites:
- Site survey: Check the network design in customer site. Depending on the customer needs, configure Arena NMS software to comply the customer needs and give ideas about enhancements.
- During PoC, network consultation is done for customers if required.
- Configure and customize Arena NMS softwares to convey the customer requirements.

\[May 2004 - Aug 2007\] PDN NOC Engineer from PISC side, and my main role was administrating the PDN NOC for the STE, and preparing it to go on online:
• PDN (Public Data Network) Project, for Etisalat:
o PDN project is one of the largest data communication projects in Syria. The Network Implementation Plan is a product of the collaboration of PISC, Getronics, Nixu, Alcatel and Sofrecom. The main services that this project is providing VPN connections, also Provide a backbone for new ISPs in Syria, using MPLS VPN, VPDN.

Experience acquired from this project:
- BGP, MPLS engineering.
- Good understanding of enterprise network design and implementation(L2TP, BGP, MPLS, xDSL)
- Configuring Point of Presence ( PoP ) for xDSL and Dial-up users to PDN. This includes PoP router, cisco 5800 RAS, Alcatel DSLAM, cisco 7401 LAC router.
- Network management using Cisco Works suite
- Veritas Netbackup Management.
- Administering RADIUS system.

\[Jul 2006 - June 2007\] MOE ( Ministry of Education ) project ( Technical Manager of MoE project)
 MOE project is one of largest data communication project in Syria. It connects Ministry of Education with Education directorates and schools in a large data network.
 I worked as a technical supervisor of the second and third phases of the project, which includes connecting of 2000 schools and Directorate of Education in provinces.
 MoE network connects about 2000 schools (which they are distributed in different locations in Syria) to the closest KeyMile UMUX (UMUX contains MSDSL cards and E1 card) using DSL connection, and E1 to connect to HQ network.

Experience acquired from this project:
- Designing of MOE network for phase 2.
- Very good experience in Keymile products (UMUX1500, UMUX1200, MUSIC200, MUSIC100, .. ) installation and configuration.
- Cisco routers configuration and troubleshooting.
