Ensure project is completed as scheduled within budget with quality and safe environment.
Coordinate with client, project management team, vendors and subcontractors to carry out MEP works as per schedule.
Report on the project plan and progress as per client agreed framework and procedure. Mange the action plan to monitor progress and take corrective action to achieve the goals.
Develop and review MEP drawings preparation and materials submittal as per contract. Overseas and monitor construction of MEP works at site.
Lead and coordinate RFQ/RFP for MEP projects and assist in cost estimation, budget and evaluation of tender proposal.

Sales & Tendering: Involved in many mechanical projects tendering and guiding the staff to analyze the tender drawings, specification and BOQ. Co-ordinate with the equipment/systems supplier, guide team of engineers to prepare material take off and BOQ and calculate the material and labor cost of the project. Attend the pre bid and final bid meeting and advise the management to reach the cut throat price on the project. Also, I involved in finalizing the commercial contract agreements with client.
