Clients: GE, Baker Hughes, Worley Parsons, JGC Gulf, Rabigh Power Company, Luberef, Rexnord, Storkom & Abengoa.

Recruitment Process (Power, O&G, Digital, & Healthcare Industries)‎
‎•‎ Receiving request for resource from key clients and communicating with hiring manager to better ‎understand on their talent requirement and criteria for selection.‎
‎•‎ Planning and strategizing the sourcing process based on factors like criteria, contract duration, budget, ‎target DOJ, etc.‎
‎•‎ Creating a pool of talent through job postings, references, existing database and reaching out to job ‎prospects for preliminary screening through call or email.‎
‎•‎ Formatting a standardized CV of the highest qualified and best-fit talent to be presented to the client for ‎their ‎review.‎
‎•‎ Scheduling in-person/telephonic/skype interviews within the provided time slot.‎
‎•‎ Negotiating with selected candidate and work under the budget to reduce sales quotation value.‎

HR & Admin Operations
‎•‎ ‎Streamlining the recruitment process and integrate with Manager of HR & Admin Operations Department.‎
‎•‎ Explaining work technicalities and guide them through the required legal and paperwork.‎
‎•‎ Expediting gate pass or ID by submitting required documents like copy of Iqama, passport, Muqeem, ajeer ‎agreement, medical report, etc.‎
‎•‎ Ensuring proper travel arrangements for onboarding/mobilization of new recruit in order to complete hiring ‎‎process on time.‎
‎•‎ Job code creation and candidate information on SAP - HRMS Module for new/existing employees.‎
‎•‎ Documenting new employees’ files as per company standard.‎
‎•‎ Prepared expenses reimbursement and time sheet of the employees.‎
‎•‎ Organized business travel, itineraries, and accommodation arrangements.‎

Commercial Operations
‎•‎ Working with the manager of Commercial Operations Department for generation and submission of sales ‎quotation for selected candidates.‎
‎•‎ Supporting Commercials and Sales department for costing on tender and bid submission of new projects.‎
‎•‎ Sourcing suppliers and requesting for quotations for maximum profit margin.‎
‎•‎ Supporting in following up on approvals for submitted Sales Quotations or issuance of PO.‎

‎•‎ Hiring best-fit talents within the budget / minimum cost and time-to-hire
‎•‎ Redesigned and improvised the newly Implemented SAP - HRMS Module on SAP.‎
‎•‎ Content management and brand creation on LinkedIn, increased from 17k to +55k followers.‎
