Directed activities for 50 ITSs and 125 WASH team members and 52 community volunteers to reach approximately 3, 000 refugees by Managing and supervising the activities related WASH (Water, Sanitation & Hygiene).

Responsibilities
- Develop appropriate targeting criteria and mechanisms to ensure the needs of identified vulnerable groups are met by conducting need assessment for the families must needed who are livening in the ITSs to select and specify the number of families who don’t have Water tanks/Latrines.
- Supervising and monitoring the installation of water tanks and latrines.
- Conduct trainings related WASH by targeting the WASH communities and volunteers, by following UNICEF and sphere manual, such as Hygiene promotion, disinfection, Sloid waste management, cleaning up and disease prevention campaigns. Also, Sharing awareness massages over WhatsApp ITSs groups.
- Ensuring the water quality by conducting continues water testing for (Public & private) among the ITSs.
- Distribution of Chore tablets and hygiene kits for the families at the ITSs.
- Ensure that all data and information is updated, well organized and easily accessible; and those lessons learned, and best practice are capitalized.
- Monitoring the implementation of MATEEN activities, evaluating progress and quality, to ensure that the project’s targets and deliverables are being met.
- Manage the WASH team and provide technical support, training and capacity building.
- Track the progress of activities, ensure the collecting of program indicators, and provide on-time internal status reports and external donor reports.
- Identify and monitor risks, constraints or escalating issues, and inform upper management accordingly.
- Coordinate with other technical departments to ensure a common approach, synergy and sharing of information.
- Participate in the development of new project concepts and writing convincing proposals.

 Responsible for routine Water, Sanitation and Hygiene (WASH) service-related operations and coordination with internal and external stakeholders in Districts 3, 4 and 5.
 Specifically, the above operations and coordination entail the following activities:
• Plan weekly activities of team of 3 Jordanian and around 40 Syrian community focal points, and lead implementation of daily activities.
• Consider staffing depending on workload between districts if necessary.
• Submit weekly activity report and monthly database to supervisor.
• Coordination of assessment, data collection and analysis.
• Manage updating of public tank information with field staff.
• Solve water distribution -related complaint /problems in order to secure equitable water distribution.
• Coordination with other WASH and non-WASH partners NGO's at Za'atari camp regarding water distribution, quantities and solving issues in district 3, 4 and 5.
• Coordinate with the network team in order to ensure smooth WASH operations, by avoiding disruption to routine WASH services.
• Representing JEN in different working group meetings and/or hold weekly meetings with community focal points.
• Capacity building training for Jordanian and Syrian staff about the role, responsibilities and water network operation

 Managing the general food, cash and voucher distribution, and the following responsibilities:
• Managing a distribution cycles for a total target population of 13, 000 beneficiaries.
• Managing a team of 20 staff (verification, distribution and help desk staff).
• Attendance sheets for employees.
• Supervising the distribution of food and hygiene in Zaatari camp based on daily visits to the refugees in the camp.
• Preparing and planning for food assistance distribution based on needs assessment.
• Participated in the CFSME (Comprehensive Food Security Monitoring Excursive) for Syrian Refugees living in host communities in 2013.
• Participated in the first UNHCR Zaatari camp population Sweep in 2013.

Responsible for the sales of the Laptops and Desktops’.
•Handled the tasks of solving technical problems related to the supplied equipment’s.
•Communicated with clients after sale to provide further ongoing support.
•Provide technical support to customer during and after installation.

•Provided investment guidance and recommendations to senior company officials, and pension funds managers to assist them in managing their risk exposures in foreign currencies and interest rates to minimize the impact of market volatility on the company.
