• AKD Towers, Karachi (Under Construction)
The Arkadians is stated as Pakistan’s tallest residential project. Amongst 13 residential towers, Tower L is 38 storey high.Building frame system is adopted with shear walls & columns. Pile foundation is used to support the load of the tower. High Coordination of structure was required with Architecture.
• EHFPRO Towers, Islamabad (Under Construction)
A 15 story building housing project for the accommodation of federal government employees. Responsibilities include complete modeling, analysis and design of building frame system along with detailed drawings for tender Stage.
• Upgradation of Agriculture College to Agriculture University, Balochistan.
Managed and designed this project from the Planning State. Worked as structural coordinator and designer of Academic Complex having an area of 6 Acre, gate office and an Auditorium. All building were designed using Building Frame System in Zone. Diaphragm Design is also done as per ASCE-07.
• Bahria Town, Karachi. (Constructed)
A renowned fast track housing project consisting of hospitals, schools, cinema, low rise residential towers and other commercial and residential units with tough deadlines.
Responsibilities include complete coordination with Architects and construction stakeholders designing and checking of construction drawings along with frequent visits on site to observe quality and resolving construction issues/constraints. Designed Marketing office, Labour’s Block, SSGC Culvert and Bahria Homes for Bahria Town, Karachi. Several other structures were also included like Steel structure, Water Tanks, Culverts, Slab Bridges etc.
• Faculty of Education Complex in Pakistan funded by USAID (Constructed)
This Project was awarded by USAID “to provide comprehensive program management services including design, construction management, equipping, and construction services for ten new faculty of education complexes at ten existing university campuses” in Pakistan.
Responsibilities included Etabs modeling, design & detail of mentioned units as per different Earth quake zones, checking of Structural drawings and Coordination with other disciplines.
