• Mentoring and advising the project management team, coordinate and resolve the projects dependencies.

Highlights:
• Functioning as Project Lead Engineer in Taif, and currently Dhahran.

Key Responsibilities:
• Establishing project standards, developing project plans, schedule and milestones, communicating the same to team members, users and other project participants.
• Providing assistance in the development of integrated logistics support plans and taking responsibility for all the logistics elements.
• Effectively representing the company in most meetings with BAE systems and Royal Saudi Air Force (RSAF); thus introducing as an AEC representative in official governmental meetings among RSAF, BAE and British Ministry of Defense.
• Devising training material and imparting regular training for employees to enhance capabilities; instituting evaluation criteria to gauge effectiveness of training programs and initiate corrective measures to upgrade the same.
• Directing the preparation of technical procedures and forms along with drafting and controlling site documents and procedures whenever necessary.
• Undertaking responsibility for overall execution of quality audit, safety audit and risk assessment, thus identifying divergence and executing corrective measures.
• Proficiently contributing in Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) in UK and Site Acceptance Test (SAT) in Taif and Dhahran to ensure smooth functioning of the operation in an efficient and effective manner.
• Fostering clear channels of communication with vendors and other support/service providers on and off site ascertaining smooth work flow.
• Held responsibility for all functions of the department including shifts patterns, employee leaves and availability in accordance with HR policies and procedures.
• Directing, supervising and controlling all activities pertaining to hardware/ software installation and up-gradation; thus overseeing the supervision of IPTD activities and sub contractors to ensure compliance with established standards.
• Preparing and studying technical drawings and documents to ensure that installation and operations conform to standards and to customer requirements.
• Inspecting site work, advising contractors and submitting periodical project progress reports to project manager for comparison with projected work schedule.
• Accountable for logistic management including obsolescence management and actively involved in the development of Contract Obsolescence Management Plan.

Key Responsibilities:
• Managed the project in its entirety right from inception to completion inclusive of initiating, planning and designing, execution and setup as well as controlling and closing.
• Successfully headed the team to operate and maintain the system during the year 2010 and 2012, simultaneously reported status regarding the same to AEC and BAE on daily, weekly and monthly basis.
• Researched, designed, tested, implemented and maintained systems to match technical needs of clients.
• Proficiently contributed in the design and development activities related with the Typhoon IPTD; simultaneously provided support and guidance to the Installation Manager throughout the installation period.
• Administered all activities pertinent to systematically testing the simulator sub-systems as well as building, installing and validating the IPTD at the customer premises along with designing and implementing factory and site acceptance testing procedures.
• Actively reviewed engineering documents and accordingly suggested corrective actions in case of variances.
• Extended maintenance and support during deployment and accordingly modifying several changes to the system during Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) and Site Acceptance Testing (SAT).
• Serving as a cardinal link and liable for reporting training progress and training issues to AEC-HQ during training program at UK.

Key Responsibilities:
• Monitored day to day operations relating to maintenance of Information Security Compliance as per the Information Security Policy.
• Executed information security assessments and instituted counter measures within established standards and guidelines.
• Managed the preparation of network penetration testing permissions, tools and applications along with threat mitigation policies, thus ensuring procedural adherence.
• Regularly carried out internal and external security penetration testing, simultaneously developed penetration testing tracking system to perform tasks more efficiently.
• Drafted assessment, compliance, gap and technical analysis reports; developed and implemented information security policies for better workflow.
