• Preparation of Annual Budget based on the provided objectives by regional office, & conduct Annual Supplier Business Review.

• Analyze demand fluctuations through detailed gap analysis & identify root causes.
• Supervise the annual inventory count at main warehouses & communicate results to Finance Department.
• Evaluate the branches application of “Merchandize Guidelines
production & delivery lead-time.
• Managing distribution of stock to branches whether by classification of orders by DSD’s (Direct store delivery) or Main Warehouse deliveries with daily replenishment of branch inventories.
• Develop pricing policy to cater two sales channels: Wholesales Store, & Service Store
• Monitoring competitors pricing & implement monthly review of product pricing to enhance competitive edge.
• Establish good relations with suppliers.
• Communicate purchase budgets & monthly forecast to mother companies of global brands.
• Communicate with new suppliers for introduction of new products.
• Manage new products market penetration plans.
• Analyse customers demand, trends, & purchasing habits.
