Responsibilities:
• Plan, Direct, and coordinate HR activates of the business in KSA
• Leading the Organizational development on the site.
• Leading the recruitment process and ensure that selection practices are fair and consistently reveal candidates with the greatest potential.
• Build trusting relationships with key business customers
• Provide the Support to GR, Payroll and HR Services when needed
• Work as advisor and support on Management Resource Review (assessment of talent and succession planning)
• Collaborate with Managers to effectively assess and identify human resource requirements, essential skills, and resource planning.
• Coaching the Leaders and Managers to enhance their skills and Abilities
• Identify situations in which organization development intervention can solve problems and improve organization.
• Ensures planning, monitoring, and appraisal of employee work results by training Managers to coach and discipline employees
• Maintains Human Resource Information System records and compiles reports from the database.
Responsibilities:
• Plans, Organizes, Directs, Coordinates the Human Resources Department's work plan.
• Managing the development and implementation of Human Resources department, goals, objectives, policies and priorities for each function.
• Policies Development and Documentations
• Managing and implementing Recruitment process starting from attracting candidates until the last stage of onboarding new employees.
• Maintain and Develop healthy relation with Government Sector like the Ministry of labor, GOSI, Chamber of Commerce, Riyadh Municipalities, Ministry of Interior(passport office) ….etc
• Maintain the flow of the information through the Firm's departments and insure that all information correct and saved.
• Identifying the lack of employees skills and knowledge, planning the training programs, implementing the plan, and flow up to measure the success of the plan.
• Responsible for records of personnel transactions such as hires, promotions, transfers,
Performance reviews, and terminations.
• Designing and developing training, and development programs based on both the organization's and the individual's needs.
• Developing effective induction programs(Orientation)
• Taking care of employee safety, welfare and health.
• Administrate the company’s documents according with the company’s and customers’ needs.
• Process, distribute, and maintain controlled documentation using a document control system.
• Maintain procedures to fix any mistakes and update any changes in the company’s documents.
