Responsibilities include:


• Identifying and defining strategic talent pools

• Pipping talent into these pools by setting up one on one interviews

• Analysing talent economics for various positions as per the client’s requirements

• Arranging meetings with senior management to understand their needs from a cultural and technical perspective

• Mapping out of organisations talent and advising on talent retention and flow

• Advising on strategic talent planning for organisations

• Meeting with line managers to perform a job briefing

• Managing client’s expectations on budget/package (Cost to Company) for vacancies

• Candidate Selection for the client and arranging of interviews for shortlisted candidates

• Preparing the candidate for the interview with in depth coaching

• Providing detailed interview feedback to clients

• Performing credit, criminal, qualification and ID checks with MIE as a service provider

• Package negotiation on behalf of both candidates and clients

• Presenting candidates with the offer and managing the process till the client onboards and even post the candidate starting

• Driving new business development by meeting prospective clients via Cold Calling or LinkedIn

• Negotiating terms and conditions of business between client and Robert Walters

• Presenting to clients to secure preferred supplier list status and completing document request process

• Managing job boards to search for new talent

• Writing job adverts to attract top talent via job boards and LinkedIn

• Advanced searching on job boards and LinkedIn to source for niche talent

• Holding internal training sessions for new employees

• Mentoring junior colleagues on recruitment process via job shadowing and on the job training

Achievements:

I have been on several R200k club incentives, the business recognises employee’s which hit a minimum of R200k in a month. I have also been on several R600k club incentives which refers to billing R600k upwards in a quarter. I have received achiever of the month 3 times in my time since joining Finance and Commerce. I was promoted to Senior Consultant after 4 quarters and identified as potential senior management

Responsibilities include:


• Interviewing candidates via Skype or Telephone to understand their career aspirations

• Meeting with clients to understand their hiring needs and organisational culture

• Candidate relationship management

• Arranging interviews and preparing the candidate for the interview

• Interview debriefing with the candidate and providing feedback to the Client

• Negotiating cost to company for both candidate and client

• Managing the full recruitment lifecycle from start to end

• Driving business development with new clients (Wells Fargo) and legacy clients (HSBC, Deutsche Bank, Barclays etc..).


Achievements:

I ended this role with a billing fee of £90 per hour and finished as the overall top biller for the year 2016. I was also promoted to Consultant in November 2016.
