● Plan, assign, inspect and supervise maintenance, repair and construction activities, maintain records and files, prepare reports.
● Review work orders and assessment of work in terms of completion, quality and standard.
● Provide technical assistance and giving proper training on the job to teams if needed in case of emergency.
● Prepare Technical, Incident, Fault, Monthly performance Reports to the top managements.
● Trouble shooting all problems related to all Electrical, Mechanical circuits, control and protective devices.
● Working and troubleshooting all problems on all latest systems like CBS, LCP, Blinds and ATS.
● Prepare PPM & AMC of HVAC (AHU, FAHU, Extractor, FCU), Electrical (MDB, SMDB, ESMDB, DB, EDB, ATSpanel, MCPpanel, CBSpanel, LCPpanel) (Domestic pumps, Chillwater pumps, fire pump(sprinkler &wet riser).
● Supervised projects with respect to Cost, Resource Deployment, Time over-runs and Quality Compliance; evaluated project progress & took
adequate corrective actions.
● Ensure Quality, Safety & Project Progress Report.
● Keenly understanding the requirements of Clients (ADNOC) so that their
needs are satisfies.
● Submitting monthly activity report to the Project Manager.
● Trouble shooting all Electrical, Mechanical circuits, control and
protective devices.
● To attend all project related meetings with Clients & Consultants on the
progress of work.
