•Preparation of purchase Invoice up on approval.

•Maintenance of item price list and discount list.
•Preparation of Monthly inventory report
•Preparation of sales report.
•Preparation of moving and non-moving stock report.
•Analyzing of stock movement on monthly basis.

•Preparation of the Inventory costing through system.
•Preparation of Annual comparative of Inventory.
•Preparation of Gross Profit per Item report.
•Preparation of Annual Inventory report for financial statements.
•Preparation of Physical inventory from Branches.
•Preparation of Physical inventory missing report.
•Preparation of purchase return in case of damage or non moving stock.
•Preparation of Monthly Sales target to the Branches.
