I am playing a vitol role for Prismteck internal sales and marketing for North American region.
A business research project to establish a social enterprise with an aim to facilitate skilled marginalized people to better market and sell their products. It is for profit for good.
→ Established and managed a social enterprise focused on empowering marginalized individuals through effective marketing research, pricing strategies and client relations management. Also, leveraged social media platforms and community partnerships to reach target audiences effectively.

→ Led 5 months project to enhance recruitment processes at Horizon Tech Services Pvt. Ltd., refining job descriptions and optimizing workflows for improved efficiency and timely staffing.
Achievements: → Revamped recruitment strategy by integrating personality tests, resulting in a more cost-effective and time-efficient process. Anticipated ROI within a year post-implementation.
→ Led comprehensive job analysis, drafting job descriptions through interviews, diary log reviews, and observation methods. Advised HR manager on interview challenges, facilitating timely recruitment and enhancing candidate-company fit.
→ I spearheaded project management efforts at Inspectest Pvt. Limited (DESCON), overseeing critical inspection projects for leading clients such as MOL, UEPL, BYCO, Nestle and other clients in both but not limited to energy and FMCG sectors.
