• Prepare and share with regional planners monthly demand planning accuracy report (DPA) and bias analysis
• Constantly improve demand planning KPIs related to DPA and Bias by adopting best practices and identify root causes of forecast gaps
• React to changes in plans by adjusting POs sent to suppliers, calculate stock levels and safety stocks for all Items
• Proactively report capacity and inventory risk and monitor excess, slow moving, aging and safety stock
• Analyze historical sales trends, evaluate forecast results and recommend areas for improvement as well as potential risks

• Responsible for maintaining, tracking and analyzing all inbound shipments, including working with carriers and the 3PL provider
• Analyze demurrage and detention roots causes and work with all stakeholders on corrective actions
• Manage the on time delivery and resolve any constraints with related parties (3PL, shipping company, suppliers)
• Evaluate costs per factory to identify cost-efficiency solutions

• Coordinate the shipment of goods from Poland with current customs agents and freight forwarder in order to reduce lead times and costs
