Lead a team of 28 franchisees/retail outlets generating $20 million/annum.
Designing and implementing marketing initiatives at the forecourt.
• New Business Development that is new Retail Outlets & appointment of Franchisees.
Continuous improvement in customer service standards, processes and safety at retail outlets with a view to improving customer experience.
Supervise staff training on sales building, promotion launch, customer care, safety & services.
Analyze market trends and develop strategies to improve customer traffic, sales and brand preference.
Competitive market analysis, market trends & reporting to leadership
Relationship building with government departments to facilitate timely approvals & inspections.
Brand management through events like sales promotions & customer service days.
Maximise sales of industrial lubricants/fuels to Key Accounts.
Develop new approaches to service delivery in partnership with the customer.
Developing long term customer relationships for business retention and growth.
