As being a part of the Creative Services team, I am responsible for developing and delivering on Client Services & Project Management recruitment for both agency and client-side.
Working with a diverse range of clients from pure play digital, creative, integrated, communications agencies and brands.
Working with a range of agencies and clients-side candidates from Account handlers, Strategists, Planners and Project Managers in securing their next role.
Part of my job as a Business Development Manager is to identify sales leads, pitch our services to new clients and maintain a good working relationship with new contacts.
This role revolves around good communication. My core duties includes:
Following up new business opportunities and setting up meetings
Planning and preparing presentations
Communicating new product developments to prospective clients
Overseeing the development of marketing literature
Writing reports
Providing other Directors with feedback
• Weekly, monthly, quarterly review and evaluation of sales KPI's as well as assistance in key account planning and strategy, progress on pipeline movement, and account penetration
• Own worldwide reporting, rhythm, and insights into our verticals, partners, products and competitors up to management.
• Plan, organize, and manage SalesForce CRM to align implementation, reporting, and automation of our business processes to align with sales, marketing, channel, and client services
• Data analysis utilizing SalesForce and other data sources to discover trends, insights, and areas for improvement.
• Vendor management for all sales related tools including SalesForce, Jigsaw, DocuSign, and other lead sources.
• Serve as a technical and subject matter expert for customer calls.
• Assist in planning channel sales campaigns and measuring results.
• Serve as the sales org’s point of contact for other business units within Focusteck to assist in planning and improving business process across Focusteck.
• Implement and assist in new hire training process as well as planning a sales improvement program to ensure knowledge transfer across the organization

- Intimately involved in the writing up of all marketing literature.
- Seeking out and identifying new business opportunities.
- Raising the company’s profile within the market place.
