Anan United holding company Al-Anan United Holding Group owns four companies, including an industrial company and three
commercial companies, and these companies are more than fifty years old.
The activities of the Al-Anan Group companies vary between supermarkets, cardboard manufacturing, paper products, ink
trading and large printing machines, in addition to furniture trade.
Key Responsibilities:
* Valuation of companies for the purpose of converting them into joint stock companies.
* Determine the appropriate business model for companies based on market conditions and competitiveness.
* Designing and implementing downsizing projects for companies to improve profitability and cash flow.
* Building strategic plans with the work team and determining the goal and direction of the company.
* Managing company files with the Zakat and Income Authority.
* Improving the functionality and reports of the ERP.
* Improvement on cash conversion cycle through improve DSO, DPO and DIO.
* Control on the allocation of expenses and revenues.
* Improve the link between finance department and all department of the company through Developing all necessary
policies and procedures.
* Building information system for costing that will help for the decision making.
* Monthly review of the company's financial position and performance with the Board.

investor’s al-Sorayai trading & industrial group co and al-Jazeera paints. The business of the company specializes in fields of
manufacturing of Calcium carbonate that will be grinded sorted to different sizes to meet the demands of Different industries
like Pints, plastic and papers.
Key Responsibilities:
* To contribute to the attainment of the company’s business objectives by:
- Share with the team to build strategic.
- Make link between finance department and all department of the company through Developing all necessary
policies and procedures.
* Find finance sources for the company and already we got from SIDF around SAR 35 million and facilities agreement with
one bank at SAR 20 million.
* Based on the current market situation, finance manager share with the other department to build the right road map in
order to have good position in the market.
* Building information system for costing that will help for the decision making.
* ERP implementation Project.
* Evaluate financial reporting systems, accounting, collection procedures, and investment activities, and make
recommendations for changes to procedures, operating systems, budgets, and other financial control functions.
* Improve cash flow cycle.
* Focus improvement project with the related team.
* Cost cutting project.
* Profit improving Project.

organization’s borrowing cost.

enhancement techniques; generated massive savings for the company and gave a strong boost to the bottom line
profitability.
* Prepared a single consolidated sales forecast budget based incorporating quality and capacity parameters; the essence
of this forecast was to enable the Manufacturing and Sales Divisions know what the organization expected from them.
* Oversaw preparation of the Annual Budget and removed all discrepancies to assure effective execution; conducting
competitive and cost trend analysis on a regular basis to direct and re-direct business strategy to extract maximum
benefits from the available opportunities.
* Shared important findings on company financials with the management team and recommended work plans to enhance
the competitiveness of the company and drive its growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:
* Devised a comprehensive system to come up with reasonable estimates for the standard costs of producing different
products and the total costs incurred by the respective work centers.
* Implemented value engineering techniques at the factory level for assured realization of cost savings for the company;
controlled and adjusted costs through regular impact assessment and monitoring.
* Evaluated operational and financial viability of prospective projects, leveraged time series and regression analysis tools
for forecasting sales and prepared annual budget in consultation with the Heads of Strategic Business Units.
* Shared analysis and reports required by the management for assistance in problem solving and decision making;
provided key information associated with the financial performances of different Divisions and highlighted areas
demanding immediate attention whilst appreciating areas where things were handled quite effectively under
unfavorable circumstances.
* Facilitated all activities relating to the publication of the Company's annual report; analyzed manufacturing cost including
cost of goods sold, manufacturing variances and inventory adjustments using the ERP and carried out stock count on a
monthly basis to save guard assets and their usage.
* Played a leading role in the development, implementation, user training and back office support for the company wide
Oracle E-Business Suite ERP System.
