• Managing 70+ drivers and transportation staff for attendance and their tasks assignments.

• Making monthly cost for light vehicles assigned to all segments and management.
• Reviewing all monthly trucks and daily rentals trucks invoices and signing them for PO.
• Managing all transportation staff training and other requirements from HR.
• Requesting Aramco ID and stickers for all transportation employees and light + heavy vehicles.
• Making monthly presentation for management for reviewing utilization and % usage for monthly and daily rentals by each departments.
• All transportation staff evaluation yearly and quarterly for management and HR.
• Sharing details for assigned heavy vehicles and drivers in reply to segments requests emails.
• Sharing documentations for truck and driver with segments requirement to make restricted access for Aramco rigs and locations.
• Requesting maintenance for light vehicles SUV and heavy vehicles for preventive measures.
• Requesting inspection certifications for boomers and chains used to secure equipment`s to send for Aramco jobs.
• Making interview for new drivers to hire for transportation requirements and further fwd application to HR for hiring and book them for minimum safety trainings as per schedule for each category.
• Making and sharing daily transportation reports with department managers and cell leaders and ops manager for light vehicles and heavy vehicles.
• Arranging all new hired transportation staff for PPE and other required employee access cards and IDs.
• Requesting route permits weight permits and wide load permits for all operational requirements for Aramco jobs.
• Managing driver’s rotation files and air tickets exit re-entry for their vacation.
• Making schedule for team members for their shift working hours on monthly basis and their days off.
• Completing all other tasks assigned by management or required by operational departments.

Major Responsibilities
• Managing JMC Protocols Adherence to location Driving Policy
• Handling over (350) Dedicated Company Vehicles.
• Meeting & addressing the entire ETC needs for all operation Segments.
• Report compilation for to all segments on with monthly & quarterly reviews for all Key concerns.
• Tracking & Managing the Cost & Mileage of Trucks and reporting process consolidation.
• Fleet Driver Training Management & Records validation.
• Transportation request Verification and dispatch management.
• Handling Segment specific requirement for mobilization of tools, equipment and HAZMAT (Hazardous Material)
• Transport Movement Monitoring via GPS.
• ETC Data Management Archiving Management.

Logistics
• Control & register goods in and allocate to relevant ROV or vessel
• Create & log shipping manifests for outgoing items to offshore systems or third parties
• Record and control base stores inventory
• Deliver and collect equipment from suppliers or service providers
• Supervise and control all loading and unloading of shipments to & from workshop
• Packing and arranging logistics for outward shipments
• Co-ordinate with logistics agents for shipment and transportation matters
• Occasional handcarry of items offshore

Purchasing
• Source and requisition of spare parts and consumables with local and global suppliers
• Raise requisition for purchases/rental in NAV system
• Update all purchases to system order books
• Match invoices to MR & DO and forward to relevant accounts department

General Tasks
• Assist with certification of all lifting rigging and appliances
• Perform housekeeping and ensure cleanliness and safety of workshop
• Perform basic handyman tasks such as painting and follow up on system defects
• Any other ad-hoc tasks as assigned
