● Played key role to getting product license API 6A Certification
● Reviewing the Sales Inquiry & work orders as per customer requirement and checking the feasibilities.

● Prepared the Job Card/Rout card for each job on JDE
● Coordinating with internal and external Service Providers for execution of orders within a targeted time frame.
● Involved in Estimation of the products and Control of cost.
● Estimating costs for General Fabrication and Oil and Gas Equipment (API-6A & 7-1)
● Prepare cost estimates for material, machines, fabrication, inspection, coating, assembly, testing and related operation for new tendering Contracts.
● Responsible for generating competitive target Estimating costs for new and existing Contracts
Scheduling and Routing job operation
● Coordinate closely with Production people on a regular basis.
● Dealing with the third parties for Design packages (API 6A) for any technical issue as per API 6A
● Review and approve the final drawings for manufacturing or service jobs as per Standards API 6A & customer requirements to operation for execution
● Ensuring and controlling Quality Procedures, Instructions and records in compliance with API Q1, ISO 9000: 2015 requirements
● Review WPS & PQR as per customer requirement specification and arrange the WQT and coordination 3rd Party inspectors.
● Played key role in ISO 9001: 2015, API Q1, API 6A, API 16A, API 5CT and API 7-1 Certification

● To provide technical feedback to the sales & Purchasing Dept.

● Prepared Design files for each new product as per API Standards & API Q1 Requirements.
● Review and approve the final drawings as per Standards and issue to operation for its execution.

● Coordinate closely with Production people on a regular basis.
● Mainly looking after the Product & Service quality of Telecom Vertical SBU’s.
● Ensure that of ISO 9001:2008, ISO 14001:2004, OHSAS 18001 & TL 9000 standards are implemented.
● Coordinate closely with clients on a regular basis.
● Involved in Quality of Heavy Structures and welding.
● Involved in Quality of fabrication Process (Cutting, Punching, Drilling, Notching and bending….)
● Involved in Galvanizing Quality.
● Involved in third party audits- Power Grid, Telecom and Heavy structure
Involved in raw & finished material inspections for towers which include:-
○ Tensile
○ Impact
○ Bend
○ Hardness Testing
○ Spectro analysis
○ Galvanizing
○ Sectional weight
○ Fabrication process inspection
○ Hardware inspection
● Responsible for record maintenance of inspection materials.
● Involved in final sample selection, well versed with Indian quality standards.
● Accountable for preparing CIP & MICC document, inspection report, mechanical test report, galvanizing test report and offer list.
