1- Answer customers' questions, and provide information on procedures or policies.
2- Bag, box, wrap, or gift-wrap merchandise and keep the stocks of POS materials in a proper level.
3- Count money in cash drawers at the beginning of shifts to ensure that amounts are correct and that there is adequate change.
4- Issue receipts, refunds, credit notes, or change due to customers.
5- Maintain clean and organized counter area.
6- Process merchandise returns and exchanges.
7- Resolve customer complaints.
8- Accept reservations.
9- Calculate total payments received during a time period, and reconcile this with total sales.
10- Works on submitting all requested weekly & Monthly repost as per store needs.
11- Greet customers during transaction process and listen carefully for there comments.
12- Suggest additional products for customers to complete there outfit e.g. Perfumes, Accessories...etc.
13- Inform the customers with the return and exchange policies and requirements.
14- Closing the cash register through Sales Collection and send the Daily Sales Report e-mail to the accounting department and the concerned brand management team .
