Recruitment:
Assist the HR Recruitment manager.
Using candidate databases to match the right person to the client's vacancy.
Receiving and reviewing applications, managing interviews and tests and creating a shortlist of candidates.
Organizing interviews for candidates as requested by the managers.
Processing all personnel action forms and ensuring proper approval.
Overseeing hiring process, which includes coordinating job posts, reviewing resumes, and performing reference checks.
Implementing the organization’s recruiting strategy to meet the talent acquisition and recruitment goals.
Coordinating with other departments to defined the job vacancies and needs.
Interviewing applicants.
