• Responsible for over-all performance of injection molding sections production goal, efficiency, utilization, waste,
rejection, and injection molding machine conditions.
• Responsible for the solving of technical support process in injection machine.
• Responsible for the efficient control of direct labor cost, production material and product quality.
• Ensure that GMP and safety are being implemented.
• Preparing daily, monthly, and yearly reports.
• Responsible for the daily maintenance request and make sure that I upload it in the system.
• Making sure that all health, safety requirements are being met throughout the process.
• Responsibilities Prepare and assemble materials. Set up and operate production equipment by current good
manufacturing practices and standard operating procedures. Monitor and adjust production processes or equipment
for quality and productivity. Assist engineers in developing, building, or testing prototypes or new products, processes,
or procedures. Set up and verify the functionality of safety equipment. Startup and shut down processing equipment.
Provide production, progress, or changeover reports to shift supervisors. Troubleshoot problems with equipment,
• devices, or products. Test products or subassemblies for functionality or quality
Storing, retrieving, mixing, and monitoring chemicals used in the production process.
Recording information, such as ingredients, weights, and temperature, and inputting into database.
Troubleshooting issues with production equipment and processes.
Observing all company, local, state, and federal safety and quality regulations.
Reporting accidents, safety violations, or other concerns.
Assisting in planning and improving processes and product quality.
Working with other team members to complete the production process.
