lead Store/Sales Managers to maximize store contribution through
exploiting every opportunity to drive sales, reduce stock loss and
maintain cost controls. Deliver the highest levels of motivation and
development of team members and ensure individual and Store
compliance with all company regulations and procedures. Contribute
to and undertake Operations Management projects.
● Decide store layout, stock and fixture positioning, manage stock
availability, product launches and promotions whilst feeding pertinent
information to brand team
● Ensure customer focus is prioritized. For Instance, Ensure Sales
Managers deliver the highest possible levels of customer service in
Store. Actively seeks and exploits any additional opportunities to
promote sales.Drive sales floor presentation and
housekeeping/recovery principles to the highest standard by regular
walk through and corrective action/coaching.
● Implement and maintain agreed guidelines and standards for visual
merchandising

according to Company guidelines and deadlines.
● Implement and review all stock loss prevention controls and develop
practices specific to need of store
