Duties:
• Establish HR strategies, policies, and procedures and ensure they are in line with company global policies and local laws.

• Conduct quarterly employee Rewards & Recognition events in addition to monthly employee fun activity events.
• Ensure nationalization is always met by establishing relationships with local universities and utilizing the government initiatives including HRDF subsidy, Taqat, Sawaed, Maximus Gulf, job fairs..etc.
• Coordinate for employee training.
• Manage succession planning and promotion paths to retain valuable experience and increase engagement.
• Ensure HR cost is within planned budget.
• Analyze market compensation and benefits to create competitive packages..

Duties:
• Ensure proper application of HR strategies, policies, procedures, and practices in accordance to the organization’s policy and local laws.

• Generate quarterly reports to monitor the performance of Medical & Life Insurance Policies.
