with floor and sidewall burners

Qualifications


· COMPRESSOR OUTSIDE OPERATOR-PK
Dealing with:
Crack gas compressor, c2 compressor, c3 compressor
& VHP steam turbines 'back pressure and extraction type".
Fuel gas system, wash oil system.



QUENCH OUTSIDE OPERATOR-PK
DEALING WITH :
cracked gas, oil circulation quenching, gasoline
separation, steam driven pump, dox unit, dilution
steam and others more.

· TREATING AREA OPERATOR-PK
DEALING WITH :
Caustic wash tower including strong, medium, weak caustic & spent
Caustic.

· BOILER#3 OUTSIDE OPERATOR-PK
DEALING WITH :
Steam boiler, boiler feed water treatment system,

Steam driven pumps, Motor driven pumps, Steam distribution system.


· UTILITY OUTSIDE OPERATOR-PK
DEALING WITH:
Steam boiler, boiler feed water treatment system, cooling water
system, waste water treatment system, steam driven pumps, air
Compressor, steam distribution system.

· FURNACE OUTSIDE OPERATOR-PK
DEALING WITH:
Motor induced draft Fan, furnace fuel gas system
with primary and secondary burners, decoking system,
steam distribution system, DMDS chemical,
vaporize system, propane receiving area &
Propane storage area.

· QUENCHING & COMPRESSORS INSIDE OPERATOR-PK
WORKING WITH HONYWELL TPS3000TX.

· FURNACE, UTILITY & BOILER#03 INSIDE OPERATOR-PK
WORKING WITH HONYWELL TPS3000TX.

· LIGHT SEPARATION OUTSIDE OPERATOR-PK
DEALING WITH:
Methane expanders, H2 PSA, C2 splitter, cold box, acetylene
Reactors, ethylene dryers & ethylene delivery system.
