Projects & Maintenance Accountability:
•Handling all improvement projects & factory expansion within the budget

•Handling tea bags production around 200 labors with 7 supervisors
•Handling all ware house activities (dispatching finished good; stock count & uploading raw & Pack material; etc..) with sustaining hygiene standards & TPM score
•Handling packet tea production around 60 labors
•Drive 90% OR
•Sustain 85 % of OEE
Maintenance Accountability:
•Minimizing factory down time due to machine failure & increasing asset Utilization
•Create & sustain Autonomous & Preventive maintenance plan
•Maintaining factory Utilities
•Achieving production plan and customer orders through rapid change over
•Spare parts Store management
•Controlling spare parts cost Vs budget
•Implementing 5S as a part of TPM system
Quality Accountability:
•Initiate & sustain Quality Standards as per the British standard
•Quality road map compliance
•Minimizing Customer complains number as Per target
•Daily analysis to quality performance through daily quality report (DQR).
Safety Accountability
•Analysis of Daily safety inspection results
•Minimizing number of reported incidents
•Supervising the safety induction given to new employee
•Achieve safety target as per KPI`s.
•Minimizing down time due to Machine break down
•Failure analysis
•Control repair and maintenance budget
•Minimize unplanned down time
•Sustaining the autonomous & Preventive maintenance plan
•Skill assessment for Technician level

Responsibilities:
•Minimizing down time due to mechanical failure

•Control repair and maintenance budget

•Sustaining the autonomous maintenance plan
•Implementing preventive maintenance plan
•Facilitating and implementing TPM System
•Increase Asset utilization
•Leading Factory Performance & reliability Program (FP&R) which concern with KPI for all Functions & Departments (Production; ware house; maintenance; quality; safety; finance & HR) to assure the high performance & reliability.
