• Coordinate, analyze, and implement the preparation of document for transportation plan of vessel (Loading / Discharge Instruction, Instruction for Ballast and Laden Voyage) to ensure all required documents are complete
• Coordinate and analyze the review process and calculation of shipping operations expenses, covering fuel-bunker, ship maintenance and dry-docking to ensure expenses are in according to approved budget.•
• Coordinate and analyze the consolidation of information and reports on issues during loading, sailing and discharging activity to ensure availability of timely report to related parties.
• Managed company warehouse for fenders and hoses and spare parts in custody.
• Tracking and monitoring ships using TMS systems.
• Freight forwarding by Mersal 2 system for ship spares in Transit and procurement of ship spare parts.
• Correspondence and reporting to management/seniors as per the guidelines laid down by the company, Order Processing, and Invoicing on ERP.
• Arranged ship services and supplies such as maintenance, provision, and crew change and Managed supply boat fleet while liaising with all vessel captains.
• scheduling of service boats to apply high standard quality service for the ships under company agency.
• Handled bunker barges scheduling for bunker supply.
• Controlled ship spares logistics, warehouse, and customs entries for maintenance.
• Communicated with all stakeholders such as UAE immigration and cost guards for crew entry-exit procedures to /from Fujairah port.
• Managing the payroll system for the crew of vessels and office employees.
• Responsible for generating Invoices for owners /charterers of the vessels while collaborating with the agency team to classify activities for the vessels inside the port of Fujairah.
• Coordinate and participate in the compatibility study between ship and shore for buyers’ terminal to ensure all requirements and conditions are incorporated for effective and efficient shipping operation.
