Working on developing sales force department, implant new projects like excellence project, re-routing project, and standard order project, those is the most important projects help sales department to increase market share, distribution and increase our routes using GIS system and scan new areas to cover all new customers.
Also develop commission system, customers contract and customers sales agreements.
Analyst KPI’s using measures & facts to drive actions and identifying issues, opportunities and areas of improvement to increase sales revenue and increase horizontal growth, training and coaching all sales force team to work as a team on issues or opportunities and reviewing & updating the action plan to work on problem solve program by implement effective operations reviews with all sales force teams to put clear action plans and follow up problem solving execution and continuous excellence, sharing good examples, agreeing and prioritizing actions, reviewing and updating the action plan, addressing escalated issues & providing feedback, triggering problem-solving activities & the creation of standards.
Desired objectives and search for errors and solve it and analyze data easily to direct report Management and support all sales force team with more analysis on time and work hard to be able to react with situation. Also ensure that all business partners all aligned with the same steps.
Manage Sales buzz department to upgrade the software to latest version and implement the pest practices to help sales team to work on all new futures.

Preparations of daily reports like sales, KPI’s and create and monitor all NCE reports. Also follow-up to the desired objectives and search for errors and solve it and analyze data easily to other departments such as direct report management, marketing, production, Logistics and development of sales channels to make decision. And support all sales team with more analysis on time and work hard to be able to react with situation, calculate and control budget the TTS (total trade spend) to see the ideal steps from A to Z concerning the TTS in line with predefined business rules. Also ensure that all business partners all aligned with the same steps. And calculate and monitor actual cost report vs. DF to IC department (MGE, OGEF, VDC, FDC and OPFE) with full analysis. Also monthly cost allocation report per site for VDC and FDC for direct sales and distributors I am using SAP system, MS office and SQL server.
