Sales & Marketing Manager

United Arab Emirates for 3 continues year with 27 different flavors of cupcakes, brownie, Blondie, Cookies, Donate, Cake poops and Big Cake.
Operation
⚫ Reaching the company budget and reducing the cost;
⚫ Maintaining the schedule of employees for the week, count money, make deposits, fulfill stock orders and oversee new employee training, also
I have to ensure that Quality standards are followed;
⚫ Making Monthly Branch Meeting for getting all staff opinion and feedback about any issue coming in that month and to give ideas for increasing
the business.
Training New Employees
⚫ Responsible for hiring and training new employees and helping them to go inside the job task and fixing them problem and making them loving
and respecting them job;
⚫ Maintaining detailed knowledge of the company’s products or services.
Operation
⚫ Ensure Cash Handling is done as per Company policy, and Cash Balance at branch and other valuables in the Branch/Bank Safe are
secured and managed as instructed by Management;
⚫ Arranging for monthly meeting for the VIP Corporate customers and discuss them issue or problem;
⚫ Check Daily the profit and Plan for increasing the Branch revenue;
⚫ Identify improvement areas and propose constructive charges to achieve operational excellence;
Customer Service
⚫ Provides service to Retail and Corporate Clients;
⚫ Assists Customer in filling up remittance applications form and related services;
⚫ Handles Customer Queries and Complaints, Resolution/Follow-up, Special Deal and other such activities;
Teller
⚫ Daily Collecting and verify the cash for deposit in Al Rostamani International Exchange account;
⚫ To liaise with Wholesale Division or the Wholesale market for buying and selling of currency on a best offer basis and on same day value
and payment on spot basis
Sales
⚫ Play a proactive role in Customer retention and branch marketing activities;
⚫ Ensure exchange rates for branch operations are determined and monitored to ensure optimal profit margins and customer satisfaction.
⚫ Actively convert walk-in customers to Intro Card holders.
Back Office
⚫ Responsible for preparation of Audit Trial and Draft Inventory;
⚫ Maintaining Suppliers File and other related Branch Documentation;
Authority
⚫ Authorize for Signing the Demand Draft - Category ‘ B ’;
⚫ To give special rates as per Company policy;
⚫ Authorize for Cancel All Instant Money Transaction.
Supervising a team of staff and worker ensuring their performance;
⚫ Motivates team to ensure continuous development of sales and customer service provision;
⚫ Conduct solution into customer problems and complains;
⚫ Decision maker for items which is allowed for the exchange/return as well as refund;
