Responsibilities:
• Quality Standards Compliance: Verify that construction projects adhere to USACE quality procedures standards in three-phase inspection (Preparatory- Following Up, and final Inspection).
• Documentation Review: Review project documents, technical submittals, drawings, and plans to ensure accuracy and compliance with quality standards for each project’s DFOW \[Defined Features of Work\].
• Inspection and Testing: Coordinate and oversee inspection and testing activities, ensuring that all required tests are conducted and documented accurately.
• Deficiencies (NCR): Identify and address non-conformance issues, discrepancies, and deviations from project specifications. Initiate and manage NCRs as necessary.
• Quality Plans and Procedures: Develop and review project-specific Quality Control Plans (QCPs) and Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs) to ensure they align with project requirements.

Project Area of more than 25 million m2
Responsibilities:
• Led and developed full-scale project Quality plans. Define the project scope of work, its goals and verify deliverables. Tracked project deliveries using project management tools. Tracked and resolved critical issues to minimize project risk factors.
• Preparing Inspection and Test Plan \[ITP\].
• Preparing Method Statements and all Inspection Checklists.
• Assuring that the work is performed as required by the contract and meets or exceeds the required qualities.
• Assuring the acceptable quality of materials, processes, and workmanship in the project work.
• Issue materials receiving report for the delivered materials.
• Coordinate the document controls of technical submittals, drawings, etc. With the Project Team and to ensure that the QA/QC validation has been done, to ensure their issue, amendments, and recall of controlled documents.

Project Scope: Construction of, Madinah Train Station Building, Long Stay Car Park Station, Fire Station Building, Mosque, External works (Roads, landscaping etc.)
Responsibilities:
• Conducting site visits for visual verification of procedure adherence, feedback from Non-Conformance Reports (NCR) and feedback from progress & quality meetings, and individual reporting of concerns from the general workforce, Supervisors, and Management.
• Offering guidance to the QC Inspectors in terms of ITP content and the required compilation of records referenced within in respect to materials product data sheets, tolerances, project specifications, their certification to compliance, their traceability, and their use in the realization of the product.
• Producing bi-weekly and monthly reports for KPIs of the project such as statistical analysis of NCRs (time between opening and closing of NCRs, Root causes of NCR and preventive actions).
• Approval status of critical documentation for the progress of works (MS, ITP, QCP, etc.) and statistical data from inspections as per the ITP.
• Prepare and manage the submission and approval of Method of Statements (MOS), Inspection and Test Plan ( ITP ), and quality forms.
• Manage the Non-Conformance Report (NCR ) and Site Instruction ( SI ) procedures and follow-up with the construction team in order to determine corrective actions and close up schedule.
• Generate and implement handover procedures, and forms and conduct coordination with the Engineer and Client for the whole project.
