and once a month for window dressing

Mainly responsible for the visual representation of the shop by maintaining high standards of visual proposition through use of new lines to continuously update and refreshing the look of the store. And also assigned as Window Dresser, responsible of decorating and arranging products to display in stores windows for different brand shops ( Giorgio Armani, Fendy, Edward Ashour, DKNY, Gianni Versace, Givenchy, Cavalli…). Main duties consisted of organizing the effective and efficient utilization of store space, working as VM manager with the sales teams to achieve commercial goals, delivering weekly floor moves.

; Selling products by establishing contact and developing relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements.

-SHOP MANAGER at Guess (kids) Serving customers by providing merchandise and supervising staff. Completing store operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results. Displaying and introducing new products and offer s to staff and customers. Maintains operations by initiating, coordinating, and enforcing team work.

-ASSISTANT MANAGER at Guess (ladies and men) trained to Help customers by providing information; answering questions; obtaining merchandise requested; completing payment transactions; preparing merchandise for delivery and supervising store and staff in the absence of the general manager .

-SALES PERSON at Guess (ladies and men) Serving customers by helping them select products. Welcome, direct, advise, help and build customer confidence; offering suggestions and opinions.
