I started off as a Sales Representative and further on was promoted to a Team Lead and later as a Project Manager in the company. My job responsibility was to call on new campaigns and get the results and provide a feedback to the client, then make a presentation to train the other guys; tell them how to close sales, and be a role model for them. I was the best quality seller in the team. I did work in the HR as well. As of hiring new guys, conducting interviews and have already mentioned use to conduct training sessions as well.
