Generate & achieve sales targets to collaborate with quarterly and annual budget
Prepare & deliver slide presentations and solution demonstrations of existing and new software products and solutions to clients
Identify new opportunities for sales drive that will lead to increased sales or business growth across various public and private sectors (Financial, Manufacturing, Education, Health, Oil and Gas etc.)

Coordinating project schedules, resources, equipment and information
Liaising with clients to identify and define project requirements, scope and objectives
Ensuring that clients’ needs are met as the project evolves
Prepare quality documentation and reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing information and trends including failed processes, feedback's & corrective actions.
Achieve quality assurance operational objectives
Performs audits to establish accuracy and ensure adherence to departmental policies, procedures, and scoring methodology
Participate in call calibration sessions with all stakeholder to ensure consistency of call expectations across the management team
Update and manage the TQM database (call recordings, approved forms and templates, reports, etc.) on the share drive.
Prepare and deliver detail and summary reports to CEO, CCOM, Campaign Supervisors, and servicing management as requested
