- Prepare LLD and HLD for Network Projects covering Passive parts related to the Copper and Fiber cabling.
- Responsible for the planning, design and implementation of network projects
- Level1/2 Support customers with their technical problems.
Cisco (Routing and Switching):
- Troubleshoot EIGRP in IP network and resolve all related issues.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot layer 1, 2, 3 problems
- Implement Traffic Filters using Standard & Extended access-lists and Route Maps
- Cisco switches configuration and troubleshooting (core + edge switches)
- Configure PPPOE, VLANs, Ether channel, VTP, DHCP, and DHCP Snooping.
- Configuring IPTV, CCTV requirement on the network (IGMP, IGMP Snooping).

- Install and configure Cisco Unity Connection + Integration with CUCM via SCCP and SIP
- Configure Voice gateways, CUBE +Integration with ITSP through SIP.
- CUCME installation, configuration and troubleshooting (SIP and SCCP).
- Informacast Basic Paging integration with CUCM.
- Imagicle installation, configuration for billing system

- DMVPN, Site-to-Site VPN, Remote-access VPN, PPTP configuration on Cisco routers and firewalls
