- Prepare LLD and HLD for Network Projects covering Passive parts related to the Copper and Fiber cabling.
- Responsible for the planning, design and implementation of network projects
- Level1/2 Support customers with their technical problems.
Cisco (Routing and Switching):
- Troubleshoot EIGRP in IP network and resolve all related issues.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot layer 1, 2, 3 problems
- Implement Traffic Filters using Standard & Extended access-lists and Route Maps
- Cisco switches configuration and troubleshooting (core + edge switches)
- Configure PPPOE, VLANs, Ether channel, VTP, DHCP, and DHCP Snooping.
- Configuring IPTV, CCTV requirement on the network (IGMP, IGMP Snooping).
Cisco Collaboration Products:
- Plan, Install and Configure Cisco Unified Call Manager.
- Install and configure Cisco Unity Connection + Integration with CUCM via SCCP and SIP
- Configure Voice gateways, CUBE +Integration with ITSP through SIP.
- CUCME installation, configuration and troubleshooting (SIP and SCCP).
- Informacast Basic Paging integration with CUCM.
- Imagicle installation, configuration for billing system
Cisco Security Products:
- DMVPN, Site-to-Site VPN, Remote-access VPN, PPTP configuration on Cisco routers and firewalls
- Cisco ASA configuration and troubleshooting.
- Cisco Source Fire Deployment
VMware Products:
- VMWare ESXi installation, configuration and administration, deployment of VMs, export for ova templates and snapshots.
Logistics and administrative work:
- Visio Network Topology drawing
- Develop technical reports and documentation
- RMA for defective products
- Handle cases with vendors for customers
- Installing, Configuring, and Troubleshooting Matrix VOIP servers, gateways &IP phones
- Configuring VMS (Graph & Nodes)
- Connecting VOIP servers and gateways between branches.
- Implementing low-latency queuing to provide QOS mechanism for voice traffic traversing across WAN between corporate and remote branches.
- Connecting Branches through wireless AP and stations (UBQUITI)
- Configuring Unifi Access points
-Responsibilities include: monitoring, troubleshooting, and documenting voice networks.
-Systems supported include: Routers, switches, voice gateways, voice switches, and different types of voice interconnections.
-Monitor various networks using some in-house tools and graphs. Report and escalate circuit issues to carriers.
