Soukhna Power Station -
Main Tasks :
Following up and controlling the execution of the following projects :
1- Morgan Tourist Resort, Marsa Matrouh City ( 400 Villas). The project
comprised the execution of utilities, concrete works and finishing works.
2- Sand beash Tourist Resort, Ein Al Soukhna ( 350 Villas). The project comprised
the execution of utilities, concrete works and finishing works.
3- Construction and finishing works of multi stories building (Al SafaTowers in
Cairo), The project comprised the execution of piles, raft foundation, super
structure and, external facade clading (unities clading GRC, Aluminum, glasses
), cold facade clading, stone clading on Aquaa pannel steel structure system,
interior partitions, marble clading and floorings, raised floors, wooden
cladding( aluminum cladding, gypsum board ceiling, electric network, fire alarm
system, security system, drainage system, water supply system. AC system, access
control system and furniture for offices .
4- Ain Al-Soukhna Power Station Break Water for inlet and outlet of the station by
using Quarry .

Hanoville Housing Project - Obour Gardens Residental Towers - Port Said
Sonesta Hotel- Faisal Islamic Bank Tower .
5- Hanoville Housing Project, Alexandria ( 6000 units). The project comprised the
execution of concrete works( strip foundation and fair face shear walls) using
hydraulic tunnel form and using precast units for cladding casted in site work
shop.
6- Obour Gardens Residental Towers, Client: Army Officers Cooperative. The
project consists of 10 towers of 22 stories each with a total of 900 residental units.
7- -Port Said Sonesta Hotel., Client Egyptian Hotels Company. Execution of
finishing works.
8- White cement Plant Cars’ Shed. Client: Minia Cement Company.
9- Faisal Islamic Bank Tower. Construction of diaphram walls ( 25 m depth, 60 cm
width) and strip pile foundations( L, T, H circular shapes-20 m depth, 3, 0 m

lenght, 60 cm width) and fixation of the raft foundation of the tower in
diaphragm walls, use of tie rods of the upper part of diaphragm wall.

Project : Dekhelia Iron and Steel Plant, Alex. Egypt.

Projects : - MOI Projets in jazan city.
Main Tasks
1. Responsible for planning the project in order to accomplish its goals within
constraints such as time, cost and agreed quality standards.
2. Responsible for creating and executing project work plans and revise as appropriate
to meet changing needs and requirements.
3. Maintain the project budget for delivering the project within the budget defined.
4. Responsible for producing and maintaining detailed project plans, critical path
analysis, Weekly and monthly progress reports.
5. Identify resources needed and assigns individual responsibilities.
6 . Manage day-to-day operational aspects of a project and scope.
7. Review deliverables prepared by team before passing to client.
8. Prepare for engagement reviews and quality assurance procedures.
9. Minimize exposure, risk on project and enforce Co.’s methodology & project
standards.
10. Ensure project documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately.
11. Determine appropriate revenue recognition, ensures timely and accurate invoicing
and Monitor receivables for project.
12. Follow up with clients, when necessary, regarding unpaid invoices.
13. Analyze project profitability, revenue, margins, bill rates and utilization.
14. Communicate and develops lasting relationships with client personnel to foster client
ties.
15. Continuously monitor progress in terms of the status of the plan and the budget.
16. Responsible for the project’s commitment to quality standards.
17. responsible for ensuring that the CAE HSE Management System is developed and
established on the Project and that appropriate resources are in place to properly
facilitate its implementation.
18. Over all responsible for the set-up, implementation, and monitoring of the required
contractual HSE Activities and programs for entire site.
19. Develop and implement risk control measures that have been identified as part of
the risk assessment process (Group Risk Assessment Process).

The project comprised of coordination, follow up and execution of steel making plant
which includes main building foundation, piping tunnels, cable tunnels, steel structure of
main building, electric rooms, hydraulic rooms, electrical arc furnace foundation
structure, CCM foundation. Also the execution of direct reduction plant which includes
the product storage bin, oxide storage bin, compressor area, seal leg foundation, and roll
mill plant.
