Recruitment Specialist HR -Recruitment Department:
• Initial screening of CV’s
• Phone screening to check the language ability and the degree of commanding the English language as we are hiring for customer support positions (outsourcing field) for AT&T in USA and Bell Canada in Canada.
• Checking the candidate’s ability to work and their availability to work in night shifts and over night shifts .
• Participating in different job fairs and representing my company, screening CV’s and conducting interviews.
• Scheduling appointments for the candidates who pass Screening to the coming steps and some general co-ordination.
• Documentation process, as I was responsible for delivering all of the required documents for hiring from all employees after signing their contract and taking action against who delays his/her documents.

Corporate HR tasks: from December 2011 to March 2012
I was responsible for making sure that each manager sets goals for his employees and making sure all the employees agree on the goals assigned to them.

 Performance appraisal I was responsible for making sure that each manager conducts performance appraisal for each single employee in his/her team, and also making sure the employee agrees on this appraisal and signs it on time.
 Goals, I was responsible for making sure that each manager has set goals for his subordinates according to his/her job description so that they can be appraised by the end of the fiscal year in June in their performance appraisal which is conducted annually in Sutherland.

 SWOT Analysis Project, I was asked to conduct a project for all support functions in the company( Administration team-Finance team-Recruitment team-Employee relations Team-Training team-Information technology team) to know what are the challenges facing them and what are the points of strengths so I followed the below steps:

 Conducting an interview with each employee on individual basis to discuss with him all the challenges and points of strengths from his opinion and problems facing him.
 Conducting an interview with the manager of each department separately to discuss the challenges and find solutions.
 Made a power point presentation presenting all of the challenges and weaknesses found from all departments and submitted this presentation to Sutherland Egypt Senior Vice president.

 From March 2012 to October 2014, I shifted once more to the recruitment department but I became responsible for the below tasks:

• Conducting HR interviews for all the candidates who passed screening to assess their personality and language skills to give a green light on whether they are qualified to be hired or not. (AT&T America, Bell Canada & Schlumberger)
• Offering all candidates who cleared all steps and ready to be hired, discussing the salary break-ups and making sure they understand all the offer details including: Salary, Medical and social insurance.
• Responsible for making sure that all employees sign their contracts and explaining the contract terms and policies for everyone.
• Conducting Orientation sessions for new hired employees to let them become aware of the nature of the job description, company rules and regulations.
• Responsible for creating ID’s and NT logins (credentials) for all employees to log in on software named People Answers.
• Sending weekly and monthly reports to the top management to update them concerning the status of the recruitment department.
• Managing a team of trainees who are well trained to accomplish a lot of tasks in the recruitment department.
• Currently I am responsible for conducting HR interviews for a Bell Canada & Schlumberger, so conducting Skype and over the phone interviews with foreign candidates
• Responsible for all the recruitment procedures from A to Z when it comes to hiring a new batch from the moment the applicant applies his CV till the moment he is hired and starts working for Sutherland.
