- Manage and organize of work for the subordinate divisions, which are the planning department, warehouse management, procurement department and fleet management.
• First, the planning department
- Coordinate with the sales department regarding the expected sale, receive the sales plan, review it, approve it financially, and express an opinion regarding stock
- Knowing the available stocks of the finished product and determining what will be produced.
- Developing the production plan in coordination with the Production Department and following up the production process.

• Second, the procurement department
- Receiving purchase requisitions after they are financially approved
- Identify suppliers according to the followed policies
- Editing purchase orders and sending them to suppliers
- Follow up the supply and receipt of raw materials according to the agreed times.

- Receive the incoming raw materials after being examined by the competent departments
- Determine the available storage places and store raw materials according to the policies followed
- Delivery of raw materials for production on demand and receipt of the complete product

- Spare parts: - Store and is intended to provide the factory with all kinds of spare parts and the contents of the store is worth 1500000 pounds and are consuming the equivalent of 160, 000 Egyptian pounds a month and re-purchase again.
- Direct Store raw materials - and is intended to provide the raw materials needed by the plant during the production process and is includes a capacity of 50, 000 tons of raw materials stores the equivalent of 100 million Egyptian pounds is equivalent to the consumption of 30, 000 tons per month, equivalent to 60 million Egyptian pounds.
- Finish production store - and is intended to be finished products of manufacture and storage that will be scarce outside the factory, which accommodate 1, 200 tons, equivalent to 4.2 million pounds and fills and empties daily.
