Project Management
Identification of improvement opportunities and working on business improvement projects as assigned by the stakeholders.

Client & Vendor Management
Have quarterly reviews with site & stakeholders in understanding the VOC (voice of customer) and analyze to the pain areas from the root and fix the issue, revert back and close the issue.
Work with key suppliers, analyze spend by vendor and by commodity and negotiate accordingly, derive dual signed agreements, if required and strategize suppliers for cost effective sourcing operations.
Exploring potential business avenues thereby achieving increased business growth and initiating development efforts.
Ensuring Capacity Planning & appropriate staffing is in place, successful knowledge transfer, pilot run and go live.
People Management
Motivate individuals to continually improve based on their strengths & work closely on their developmental areas.
Coach individuals within the team on career development and way forward.
Conduct performance appraisals. Provide constructive feedback on career development.

Have handled a team size as large as 24 FTEs (Full time employees) for various sourcing related activities.
Operations Management
Ensuring business is as usual and plan contingencies accordingly.
Driving key performance indicators for process sustainability, supplier management and management reporting. By taking various initiatives for maintaining SLA (Service Level Agreements).
Ensuring CTQ (Critical to Quality) closure: Productivity-Capacity Based Turnaround time (TAT) through Time studies & Capacity Planning and Accuracy Base-Lining.
Interview and hire staff and oversee staff training. Provide multi-functional training for better level loading.
RFQ, negotiate and create purchase orders for the materials and services required at the site.
Prepare and draft contractual agreements, their renewals and update the same in the system for strategic
vendors.
Post process follow-up with the vendor to ensure on time delivery of the order.
Virtual Warehousing - transferring goods within DuPont (from one plant to another).
Update material master pricing based on strategic supplier quotations in the SAP MM.
Additional responsibilities of handling adhoc based request from internal and external clients.
Pivotal in streamlining and standardizing the business process for expediting materials.
SME (Subject Matter Expert) for the expediting process. Had been liaising with suppliers and sites for on
time delivery to achieve global benchmark of 95% on time delivery of materials in 2012 from that of 80% in
2010.
Certified in Production & Inventory Management’s first module - Basics of Supply Chain Management of “APICS USA”. Bachelor’s Degree in “Mechanical Production Engineering” - Osmania University in May 2009. Engineering Projects: Engineering project “Automation of Multi-level Pick and Place machines using PLC” – Concept of ASRS Inventory. Team Lead of TEAM MJCET – Seventeen student member team participating in BAJA SAE INDIA’ 09, an International competition conducted by the Society of Automotive Engineers (SAE) to design, fabricate, market and race an All-Terrain Vehicle (ATV) alongside 59 other teams selected from all over India.
