1- My duty description is to receive new workers or workers who transferred from other branches and taking them details (name, nationality, designation, place of work etc..) and providing them with necessary material to live and accommodate them according to there nationality and there religions.
2- Making accommodation list about who is attendant and who is absent and making summary about the accommodation how many room occupied and how many room vacant and how many worker we accommodate how many bed space we have.
3- Follow up the cleaning duties inside the accommodation rooms, kitchens, bathroom, and exits of the accommodation.
Supervising and making daily reports about fire system which including fire extinguisher, fire hose reels, fire water pump (electrical pump & diesel pump).
4- Ensure that the workers received there foods (if company provided ) even if thy are in the accommodation or in sides.
5- supervising on water tanks of the building and making periodical cleaning weekly or monthly.
6- Making weekly surprise checking in rooms and making report.
7- Forwarding monthly and daily and weekly reports to the management
verify and check compliance's of camp on a day to day basis. - Camp
Administration, cleanliness, safety, security and maintenance of camp - Cost
Control - Local Purchase for soft furniture etc. as per company norms - Rooms
allotments as per company procedure - Accommodations for new arrivals -
Checking rooms every day ( Any body absent or sick) keep record - Any sick
person arrange medication/transportation (If required) - Supervision for House
keeping (Cleaning of toilets, corridors, surrounding etc.) - Keep record for water
tanker (If buying from outside) otherwise meter reading on weekly basis. -
Disposal of sewage water and maintain proper record if tanker hire-in. -
Supervision of Staff/Workers Canteen - Co-ordination with Project for new
arrivals/departures - Camp Maintenance
