• Monitoring and supervising all aspects of the plant's operations to guarantee productivity, safety, and efficiency.
• Creating production schedules, organizing tasks, and making sure output goals are fulfilled.
• Managing maintenance tasks to guarantee that machinery and equipment are properly maintained and that downtime is kept to a minimum.
• Recruiting, training, and managing plant staff, including supervisors, operators, and maintenance personnel.
• Overseeing maintenance and repair of heavy machinery and equipment within the plant and work sites including inspections, scheduled maintenance, and troubleshooting of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic system, etc..
• Optimizing the performance of heavy equipment to ensure maximum efficiency, productivity, and reliability
• Driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance plant efficiency, reduce operational costs, and optimize equipment performance.
• Ensuring compliance with industry standards, regulations, and documentation requirements.
• Managing the spare parts inventory to minimize equipment downtime by maintaining an adequate inventory of critical spare parts and optimizing the procurement process to ensure timely availability.
• Providing briefing to operators and maintenance personnel on equipment operation, maintenance procedures, and safety protocols.
• Work closely with the HSE department to identify potential hazards, develop safety protocols, and implement measures to create a safe working environment. In addition to supporting site HSE team for incidents and accidents investigations related to provided equipment.
• Perform site visits to assure type of equipment and capacity required.
• Reviewing Client’s requirements and compatibility of equipment with site conditions and restrains.
• Review client’s requirements for safety of equipment and assuring compliance with safety regulations (PDO, BP, Oxy, etc.)
• Prepare machines to be equipped with safety attachments as per clients’ requirements
• Conduct pre-delivery inspections on equipment to ensure they are free of defects, leaks, and any potential issues before being deployed to the site.
• Point of Contact for clients in technical issues related to sold/hired machines.
• Monitoring machines’ conditions at site to enhance equipment reliability, optimize performance and productivity by taking prompt actions in case of breakdowns.

Including 31 sites distributed in 7 areas from Barka to Shinas
Responsibilities:
* Ensure sufficient and suitable resources and equipment are
available to complete all mechanical repair work within the
demand requirements from the construction sites (including
both company and hired equipment’s)
* Material Handling: order spare parts for the workshop
requirements in order to follow the demands from the
construction sites
* Manage equipment workshop: function, repair,
maintenance & service according to manufacture
specifications and standards
* Manage the efficiency of the workshop and reduce down time
* Give feedback of work progress to all involved parties
including rotating equipment personnel, operation and PMV

* Develop weekly progress reports and send to PMV Manager
* Manage the distribution of diesel and petrol to all
equipment’s (backhoe loaders, wheel loaders, generators,
skid steers, telehandlers, company light cars)
* Manage time sheets for all equipment’s, and time sheets of
human resources
* Manage the welding workshop processes and maintenance of
equipment’s, including the welding of equipment’s and stores
fixing and shifting
* Manage and organize renewal of heavy equipment
ownership.
