• Responsible for closure of Non-conformance, NCR, Site Observation Reports and Site Instruction, SI.
• Insure the quality and workmanship of all activities, thorough knowledge of all phases of engineering construction interfacing the multidisciplinary operations.
• Develop method statement for the activity including risk assessment and job safety environmental analysis and Inspection Test Plan and Checklist based on specifications of the project.
• Verify the accuracy of shop drawings and their compliance to the specification, consultant’s design and existing local authority standard
• Ensure that the mechanical works are carried out within the time frame and progress of the approved construction program
• Prepare T&C plan, implement and ensure inspection along with consultant.
• Prepare and maintain registers for site work progress monitoring, monthly progress/quality reports
• Preparation and submission of monthly invoice and certification with consultant engineers
• Ensure that all the works and activities are as per codes & standards like ASHRAE, SMACNA, BSRIA, NFPA, Uniform Plumbing Code, International Plumbing Code, UAE FLS, BS and local authorities like DEWA, FEWA, DCD, DM etc.
• Coordination of services & activities at site with other departments

contract documents, project specifications, and all applicable standards and authorities
Attends regular meeting with MEP project manager, civil engineers, consultant and client representatives to provide update on project progress.
