Operations Management
Assigned member in the responsible team for the preparation and editing of CACC Manual.
Controls performance of all aspects of the Carriers’ operations in accordance with set guidelines and
manuals.
Monitors day-to-day work within the cargo terminal to enable smooth and orderly running of all cargo
handling and flight operation activities including ramp handling and flight capacity management,
Fully supports the Carriers’ quality standards and takes responsibility for the implementation of the CACC
quality system.
Supervises and controls all discrepancies, tracing actions and performs warehouse auditing checks.
Ensures that security and safety procedures are adhered to, in accordance with set guidelines and
procedures.
Takes the appropriate steps in emergencies, and is responsible for management decisions in the absence
of superior.
ULD management and monitoring.
People Management/Supervision
Supervises the daily activities of the Staff and monitors the Ground Handling Agent, ensuring that the
GHA (Ground Handling Agent) works according to the Carriers’ requirements and procedures.
Participates in and supports staff briefings to ensure all relevant updates are communicated and clarified
to all staff.
Motivates, encourages, guides and evaluates Cargo and Warehouse agents.
Monitors and utilizes manpower to ensure set service standards are met.
Provides regular and accurate staff feedback to the management which will be used as a basis for annual
staff evaluations.
Responsible for staff duty Roaster and daily assignments to ensure that the best possible coverage and
efficiency is achieved.

Key Areas of Responsibilities:
• Cargo acceptance, Cargo quality control, A/C load planning, manifesting & communicate with station on load control
• Update for shipments reservation & customer service
• Implement staff roster planning
• Follow flight schedule changes
• Control shift work flow to ensure that all duties are performed according to quality performance
• Resolve problems & take immediate measures for solving
• Ensure all handling requirements, safety & security procedure are implemented effectively & consistently
• Monitor & report any irregularity to management
• Ensure continuous staff "employees, loaders & X-ray" awareness for LCAG & OAL security measures
• Ensure proper implementation & update for Other Air Line “OAL” handling process by coordination with different A/L department
• Responsible for any irregularity which may happen ex CAI station to check, analyze & evaluate reason of discrepancy & implement necessary measures to avoid repetition the future.
• Supervision of handling agent in perishable terminal (HEIA) powered by Egypt air cargo.
• Responsible on IT issues related to LH system "network, hardware and software".
• Create CACC process in the CACC handling manual

Effective Jan11, we became Cairo Airport Cargo Company "CACC" with the same LCAG board joint ventured with respectful investors to set the follows
• Planned to be the largest cargo village in Egypt.

• Responsible for all day to day administration transactions pertaining to GMD portfolio To Ensure quality services for all clients internal and external
• Issuance and checking of bills to ensure timely dispatch of correct invoices
• Processing the insured maintenance on the system
• Keeping track of the production data pertaining to the new cases and growth to be submitted at the time of preparation of the production report
• Assist in solving administrative issues of assistants (enrollments, census reconciliation, ...)
• Provide high quality of financial accuracy/improve turn around time in financial Reporting
• Ensure timely preparation of assets management reports
• Carry out any other assignment as required.
