I am responsible for all aspects of the branch including sales, freight forwarding operations, (Ocean/Air Freight focus), customer service, customs clearance and billing & DSO. In short I am accountable for the profitability of the station, working with the help if 05 members Team.
As a Commercial Key Account Manager I was responsible to achieve certain targets, from given set of customers. was heading the team of 11 members and responsible of all freight forwarding operations of Riyadh Station, dealing in Air/Ocean freight inbound & outbound, custom clearance, Trans-border Gulf moment and Air imports moment via Bharin Gateway from King Fahd Causeway to KSA.
I was responsible for procurement & pricing and handling various accounts including global/network accounts and local accounts under 11 KPIs for smooth and successful operations with good profit and customer care.
I had created different SOPs, IOPs and certain reporting formats for customers and ensure smooth handling and best customer services. I has also set job process and KPI's for direct reports to get the work done.
I had handled Air freight projects with heavy charted and non-charted moment and exhibition logistics.
Extensively user of main frame operational system Emcon 2000 (E2K) and others, Flex Global View (FGV), E-PRQ, BIA Tolls, Quote Assist and TEAMS and part of train the trainer program.

I had accepted the challenge to initiated new location in DHL network and prepare business case and financial analysis, open new branch in 03 months at Faisalabad in year 2011 and with 03 FTEs.
I have added new customers with long term contracts and reasonable revenue. Create various IOPs to set service level &, trained new staff.
Along with business development I have also helped to improve pricing and trade lane management Hong Kong & China by adding volumes and new venders.
