Responsible to successfully plan, manage, execute, complete and handover multiple MEP projects worth 200 Millions related to Industrial facilities(pharmaceutical plant), Cinemas and other commercial facilities.
The key responsibilities include to ensure timely completion of project within approved budgets on cost, resources without compromising on Quality & Safety using internal staff, as well as subcontractors.

Grand Cinema Movie Theater (Obhur Mall)
Al Turky Private Villa

EDAMA COMPOSTING PLANT
South Beach Project
Exchange Building 2, Agriculture Field Core Lab, Welcome Center, Electrical
System Upgrade of KAUST medical center, CCTV at KAUST MOSQUES, ICAS
and BMS systems at Research Parks.
* Manage number of projects at one time assuring that all project scheduled works were on time, to
program and to budget.
* Monitor project costs and quality to ensure the profitability and technical performance of the
project and develop innovative actions to correct variances to scope, budget and/or schedule.
* Exercise cost efficient and innovative approaches in the design to save construction costs and
improve productivity
* Arrange delivery of materials and managing a range of subcontractors
* Resolve any problem that could cause delays to the project’s completion
* Monitor discipline Engineers to ensure that the relevant sections of work are managed, supervised
and inspected correctly.
* Attending daily/Weekly meetings with the client

Projects Handled:
MV Emergency Generator building, Booster pump buildings, Student housing (town center), Marina Fuel Station, President deluxe Villa, MV power Supply for Saudi Aramco facilities, Embroidery Building.
• In Charge of the supervision on all Installation and Engineering work related to the project.
• Involved in the kick off meeting, estimation, design, procurement, construction, testing, commissioning and handing over.
• Liaise with consultant, subcontractors, planners or any involved in the project
• Involved in BMS/BAS, FA, IT, SACS, PLC, SCADA, PMS, LCS, ICAS.
• Fully conversant with NEC, NFPA, IEEE, ANSI, and Aramco standards.
Olaya Twin Towers Project:
• Supervise Site activities and ensure project is delivered on time and within the budget.
• Preparation of daily reports to the senior engineer
• Raise RFI against the completed work and ensures the quality of the executed work.
• Read drawings, specifications and prepare purchase requests for the required materials
• Prepare lighting drawings/calculations and provide the client all the necessary consultation.
• Develop the Sales, Project and after sales support
• Monitoring fabrication process of lighting fixtures and ensure that the delivery will be on time.
